2nd Annual Free Community BBQ – August 29th, 2026
Join me for my 2nd Annual Free Community BBQ, returning this year with a special Back to School theme!

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of family-friendly fun as we celebrate the final days of summer and get ready for the school year ahead. Enjoy free hot dogs and treats, entertainment, face painting, balloons, and more!
It’s also a great opportunity to connect with neighbours and spend time together as a community.

2nd Annual Veterans’ Appreciation Lunch – July 18th, 2026
I am pleased to announce that my Second Annual Veterans’ Appreciation Lunch will take place on July 18 from 11:30AM to 1:30PM at the Manotick Legion.
This event is an opportunity to recognize and thank the veterans whose service, sacrifice, and dedication have helped protect the freedoms and values we enjoy today. It is also a chance to bring veterans together for an afternoon of conversation, connection, and appreciation in the company of fellow veterans and community members.
Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP by July 11 by emailing jane.diraimo@pc.ola.org.
I look forward to welcoming veterans from across Carleton as we come together to honour their contributions and express our gratitude for their service.
July Quarterly CAB Meeting
